Meditation Techinique

    About Naam Simaran Meditation:
    1. Sit in any posture preferably with back straight or cross-legged form on the floor.
    2. Be comfortable where you can at least sit for 30 mins or slowly get there by practice.
    3. Close your eyes in a relaxed manner, and look inwards.
    4. Keep your attention on the Tenth Gate or on top of the head, below the "Juda/Hair Knot (soft spot)".
    5. Within your mind think/say/recite with a long sound "Ek Ooankar". (without using your tongue)
    6. Listen within yourself the sound of "Ek Ooankar".
    7. Don't let any thoughts come to you.
    8. If your mind is not focusing, take deep breaths a few times and start again.
    9. Once you get focus in the sound "Ek Ooankar", you will see the inner light and start hearing inner music.
